I am looking for a reliable, high build quality reseller for Clevo P570WM with 3D Vision. I have had some terrible experiences with some resellers in the past, and by the past, I refer to a broad spectrum of experience since I started buying Clevo's originally in 2005.

The worst sent brand new systems arriving with dead AC adapters, scratches on the case, outright refurbished/used systems sent my way, testing systems with beta BIOS'es, and BIOS updates that fried my motherboard. At least, they were kind enough to refund me in all instances, except the motherboard they fried with a bad BIOS update. However more frustrating than the loss of money was the loss of time, unequivocally in all cases; where I often felt I was doing testing work for them, lugging heavy machinery to return depots, etc. Add ending up with no system to use...

Other resellers have also caused problems such as sending Windows CoAs belonging to other manufacturers, repeated problems accepting payments, LCD's with vertical lines running across on brand new systems, difficulty obtaining refunds, etc.

What also limits my choice here is that very few resellers appear to sell Clevo P570WM with 3D Vision - this requires both a 120Hz display panel, as well as a built-in nVIDIA 3D emitter.

I have configured a top of the line system, which runs up into 7K. What is most important for me here is build quality, reliability, a 30 day money back guarantee, and good, good service. When investing this much money on a machine, it does not make sense to have to also work for the reseller and help them fix bugs, send replacement parts for defective units, deal with scratches on the case, etc.

Thanks in advance for the help.
