    Bad experience so far with Reflexnotebook

    I had placed an order a month ago for a NP 7338. So far communication with Reflexnotebook has been bad.

    My order's been a month ago and I received no information or email about what's causing the delay
    When I was finally able to get through their phone, I was told the delay was due to screens being backordered. However they never notified me of this until I kept on trying to reach them.

    I was finally told my order shipped yesterday and that I would receive tracking information by email. A day later, I received no such email. I called 2 hours ago and was told I would get this email as soon as they got off the phone, still nothing so far. Now I cannot reach them at all.

    So far they have not been forthright with their communication and they have been avoidant at times. They are polite over the phone, but that alone is not enough.

    UPDATE: They have provided me with a tracking number shortly after my original post above.
    Reflex Notebook is very courteous but hard to reach at times, and they need to communicate any delays to the customers without the customers having to phone in.

    The same for me, order the 19th April a 8258-S. Get 2 phone call/email about my credit card and delivery address, then nothing.
    I send an email on May 14th asking about the order, receive an email saying the laptop was ready to ship then nothing until today.
    My order status on their website is now Complete and shipped ,

    I found my tracking order in the order status, there is line with
    About This Order: Order Information Invoices Shipments
    when i clicked on shipment I found the UPS tracking number, my parcell was sent May 16th! and no update by Reflexnotebook at all,

    I will never again order anything from this store.

    Sorry to hear about your bad experience with your tracking number.

    When the site is updated with your tracking number, it sends out an email automatically as well. Sometimes these are lost in the Junk or blocked by Spam filters.
    As for a CSR not replying to your email in time, we apologize for that and hope your experience with the laptop will change your mind about ReflexNotebook.

    I hate to say it, but don't you guys get tired of saying this over and over? Isn't there something you can do to improve your customer service and communication? Or do you just not care?

    We are always trying to improve our customer service. Our team does it's best to reply to emails in a timely manner.

    At this time though, we do not have a round the clock service to answer email after business hours. We are currently working on a solution to this.

    That being said, if we do catch emails after hour we will answer them if able.

    Hi JS,

    No problem, I was anxious because when you reply to my email on the 15th you wrote that you contact me when you got the tracking number and 10 days after, nothing, so I was almost ready to cancel the order when I saw the UPS track number on the my order page. You should as Theguy8 wrote, make an effort to the communication because customer spending +3K$ can be a little nervous when they didn't get any update for long.

    I finally got it , and currently testing it.
