So I was having a problem with my p150hm, the 6990m fried in it. Fortunately, even though my warranty is up, I had purchased the laptop with an American Express card which adds an extra year to any warranties. So, I spoke with them and they are offering to pay for my laptop to be repaired. I was planning on going through Mythlogic for a new card, and just have them install it(it looks better that they are repairing it, I think), but have just never really done any business with them. Does anyone have any feedback about them? I saw the thread about someone's first Mythlogic laptop, but I was wondering if there are more people with feedback on them.

I was planning on getting a 680m and have it installed, so this is a pretty big purchase(and having to send my laptop)... So I'm somewhat worried about the money involved, lol. The card, installation, and shipping is about $900USD, so it's pretty steep :p(not that it's technically my money but I don't need any more problems).

If anyone has any info about them, lemme know!! :)

one of the best clevo builders on the net, at least in north america. courteous, professional, and exceedingly helpful to the extent that they truly do go the extra mile for their customers. more than a couple clevo owners who don't even own mythologic machines have shared positive support experiences. not only that but their builds also offer some technical features/benefits that really separate them from the pack for anybody looking to buy a new machine. bottom line is i wouldn't just recommend them, i'd actually buy from them myself, and you can trust that they'll do a great job should you decide to have them replace your GPU.

this pretty much makes me much more confident with them :). they seemed too good to be true to be honest, lol. when i emailed them, they were just so professional and courteous and i'm not used to that with companies. they sent me an estimate on how much everything would be, within about 8 hours(i emailed them at around 1am, got a reply before i woke up at 9), so that's just really amazing :)
