    Amazing Experience dealing with HIDEvolution

    Well i recently purchased the Clevo P870DM-G from HIDEvolution, this was last week. It was amazing how fast they were able to get the system setup, tested and shipped out in time for me to get it before i have to go out of town. Kudos to everyone at HIDE.

    March 1 - Order Placed super late in the Evening, and next business day wire transfer scheduled.
    March 2 - HIDEvolution, order processed, awaiting payment.

    Bank Of America decided to derp out and the transfer didn't go through until Friday the 4th.(Even though i paid an additional fee for next business day)
    March 9 - System shipped by end of day and delivered on Friday afternoon.

    All in all it was great dealing with @Ted@HIDevolution , and for him to keep with my daily annoying status update requests :p
    Big thanks to him and others at HIDE for accommodating my rather tight deadline, to get the system in. Will definitely deal with them again.

    If you are planning on getting a system, call them up. They go above and beyond to accommodate your requests.

    Forgot to add, the packaging was great! Compact and well packaged. Specially the Power brick and accessories/manuals box.

    PS: I did get a mail from Mr. Ted as soon as the system was delivered, informing me about the Prema BIOS developments, i might send my system in to get it flashed after a month or so, but would prefer not to, since im rather comfortable and experienced at dealing with BIOS's.

    Great feedback HIDevolution is the best company I ever dealt with and this is no exaggaration. Mr. Ted always goes above and beyond customer's expectations and compared to my horrible experience dealing with Origin PC and Mythlogic, this company will always be getting my business not only for computers but for all my electronic/part needs; be it upgrading a CPU or SSD, I'd rather pay them a bit more if I had to and get this excellent service everytime.

    Their great customer service doesn't stop here, their warranty support is superb like if you had a small part fail, they will send you a new part to replace it yourself so you won't have to be without your system and they will even pay for shipping if you had a global warranty like me.

    In addition to the free upgrade to the Prema VBIOS, HIDevolution are now offering free upgrades for the Prema VBIOS as well for all the latest nVIDIA GPUs. Very generous I must say and they are leading the resellers game with the way they are operating:

    Do you also get the Prema BIOS as well? That looks very nice.

    They also seem to be the only ones to use CLU paste on both GPU / CPU and offer to purchase delidded SiliconLottery chips for you, and install Win 7 Ult (key or no key)

    Yeah if your order was placed anytime after the 10th (i think) then you will get the system with Prema BIOS'es

    Stop rubbing it in grrr. Im already salty that i wont be able to flash it on my own. And that i missed it just by a day.

    Well, i had to order a part for a friend's P870DM-G which he got from Germany, talked to Ted on Friday, they send me a quote on Sunday and its already shipped today for delivery on Tuesday.
    Cant thank them enough, since this was seriously urgent.

    wait a minute, you mean to say they honored a request from you for another system not even sold by them? that is wicked man! they continue to surprise me with their service all the time but this is going above and beyond if they honored a request for a part for another system not sold by them!

    BTW, when I emailed them telling them that my keyboard lights went bad so I will use my spare keyboard (I bought 2 keyboards with this laptop as I know how crappy their are) and they can send me another replacement anytime....I was not in a rush at all....I had the DHL courier with a new replacement keyboard within 48 hours all the way to Dubai, didn't pay for shipping, and they didn't even ask me to ship the old keyboard back.

    It was basically an expensive cable and since it was for someone else and im going to be replacing it ,i plaid for it. But at least they arranged the part for me. That in itself is a great gesture.
    Im sure if it was an issue with my system, they will be more than wiling to help out in an even better way.
    Its amazing to see how much they care about the customers. But then again the cable i ordered is more expensive than 2 of these keyboards combined xD

    forget about the cost, it's the convenience that makes this experience you had so great....not having to look around for it

    also their shipping prices are awesome as they have corporate deals with FedEx and DHL
