So my clevo5165 from Mythlogic has arrived 2 days ago from US to here in Italy. The laptop is well built, I like the way they do a real, comprehensive test of the laptop before shipping, and leave a folder with all the benchmarks(although I am too stupid to read them tho), The free CD case is also nice.
In terms of service, the responses are generally quick and specific. Although they actually banned my email because I asked him buncha questions and then not ordering anything for a while(let's just say I took my time to decide what to buy), so I have to register and order with a new email account, this could be improved, I don't take a personal, but it might be more professional for them to not to do this i the future, not everyone makes decision instantly.

I ended up paying an extra 300+ euro tax.

Overall-great especially money is not a concern
    For US: 9/10
    For EU: 6/10

The Clevo5165? Do you mean NP5165? That would be a Sager product, which Mythlogic doesn't sell.

Think you meant a Clevo W150HXM. I am assuming the MYTHLOGIC Pollux 1400 Series.

I guess the X is for which video card you went with.

How do you know they banned your email? :p

Yea he got a Pollux 1400 series, the yea the X is either a N or R depending on the video card :)

And his email address didn't get banned, he had an email domain that had been the source of a large amount of spam and had been blocked, that was corrected =)

ah, really? I didn't know that, but yeah, that email is pretty spammy, but I always use that email for these online buying/selling, since online stores tend to spam your email address anyway.

I guess I will bump the score for US market to 9.5/10 since my email wasn't "banned" actually.

For EU market, however I'd suggest you just stick with EU resellers, I am not sure their build quality(the german one should be good presumbly), but for the more than 30% import tariff, I just can't recommaned it to EU market, though is not as if they didn't mention the possibility of those fees, so it still comes down to how much money you willing to pay(like everything else in life except certain keenship love and friendship...haha)
