Hi everyone:
I'm just gonna jump straight into the point here. So I ordered a MYTHLOGIC Deimos 1616 on April 9th, 2017. But since I was told that I had to wait for about half a month for the build to complete, which is too long than I could bear at that moment, I decided to cancel my order. The order was cancelled successfully but it's been over two months till now and I still don't see my money in the bank account.
I've tried pretty much every means out there to reach them. Email, phone, online support, Facebook, Skype, I tried them all, but got not even a single response.(And by the way, Facebook showed me that they've seen the message.)
So I was pretty desperate until I see they have representative that still replies here. I really don't want to post anything online but it's been so long and my patience has run out. Could anyone please help me here? Thank you!

Did you pay by credit card? If so, call them and see if you can dispute the charge.

This is not good to hear. I am over two months in on my Mythlogic order. If it hits 3, I'm heavily leaning toward cancellation.
Luckily I paid by card, so disputing the charge will be an option. -

So how long does it take for me to receive the refund? I've been told that it was issued over a month ago, but still nothing shows on my bank account yet. How much longer do I have to wait? Can I get some sort of an explanation here? Thank you.

That refund was issued. It cleared our bank aka you should have it. Ok I will call our bank in the morning and figure out the heck is going on.

Something's up. Their rep keeps insisting they aren't lying but people aren't getting their refunds or their parts.
I smell a rat.
The exact same thing happened with Lizardlick in the fighting game community. The exact same thing.

Our Credit Card company happily processed a ChargeBack. We also filed at BBB complaint.saturnotaku likes this.
