    razer Blade 14 keyboard doesn't work after Windows update

    Hi, like the title says, after I update my laptop, the keyboard stops working. In the Razer synapse app, it says to plug in a device so I assume the laptop for some reason stops recognizing the keyboard. My solution to this is to refresh my pc, but it's getting annoying to keep having to do this and re-download programs.
    Can anyone offer a solution? I keep reading that I should go into the BIOS menu while it's starting up, but I can't do that since the keyboard doesn't work..
    Any help is appreciated

    Do you have Windows 7? Cause the same thing happened to me and it was because i did not have the driver for the chipset installed, after that works perfect.
