Has anyone played battlefield 4 on the Razer pro 2013 yet? My computer sounds like a jet engine when I'm running the game. I know there are a lot of bugs with battlefield 4 but it doesn't seem normal. I also get the video card failure error TRD so I'm not sure if its just battlefield or my video card.

Can you clarify what Razer "Google Page Ranking 2013" means? Also TRD? Thanks.

Also, Sounds like it may be overheating to me. Fans go into Jet Engine mode, video card failure points at that possibility.

iirc , NBR reword some combination of "p+r" to Google Page Ranking for w.e reason. The OP probably mean razer pro I guess.

Oh lol... I seriously thought it meant something. Now that I re-read it I can tell he meant Razer Blade Pro 2013 as well. HaHa

Yeah, thats exactly what happened and I have edited the post. The videocard runs perfect under everything else but battlefield puts it in jet engine mode.

BF4 on my 14" 2013 runs great. At 1080p i suspect you would have performance issues. Also the FPS for nvidia has been very unstable. People on titans and 780's are reporting drops down to 7 fps consistently. If you are lucky you'll get good performance, but at the moment the nvidia drivers are premature since AMD had the deal with EA.

Edit: On my 14, bf4 doesn't put mine in "jet engine mode" well maybe it does. The fans spin up and i can hear them, but they aren't nearly as bad as other laptops i've had. Also BF4 crushes i7's, it uses all 8 threads. Something you likely don't encounter with any other game. Thus higher temps.

Are you using the beta drivers to run the game? I feel that it could be the beta drivers that is making it go into jet engine mode.
