I set the laptop to 1080p and have been playing bf3, wildstar, Diablo 3, planetside 2, team fortress 2, and guild wars 2

The laptop is easily running BF4 at 2050 x 1150 (no accurately but something like that) on ultra and Dota 2 on 1800p everything maxed out.

Yet, the only game that has really teared the laptop up and ended up giving me the BOD from overheating is Crysis 1. Yes, Crysis one on 1800p on very high. Not even BF4 @ 1800p on ultra gave me that...

I'm afraid my games don't even come close to challenging it. I regularly play both Skyrim and Fallout New Vegas, and occasionally do Morrowind, Oblivion and Fallout 3. Also Portal 2.

Morrowind doesn't even default to the NVidia card - NVidia's default settings have it running on the Intel HD 4600...

Has anyone got Wolfenstein TNO yet? Curious how it plays on this box, as I'm thinking of getting it, but not sure if it's worth $60...

I'm finishing my play through of Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition. Pushing it to the limit. :)

    Final Fantasy XIV: ARR.
Comfortably clocking several hours daily at native 1800p on standard settings. I can go to High settings, but I'm not comfortable with the fan RPMs there. Max ain't happening.

Anything less than/equal to 1080p is so last gen and for the console gamers =)

I just finished Wolfenstein: The New Order on mine. It looks and runs great at native res, tho some settings had to be scaled down.

Overall, I liked it; feels fresh and nostalgic at the same time.

I'd really like to know as well. I'm not getting particularly smooth play on min settings at 1080p. I think something is wrong here.
