Warranty for new blade 2014

I bought my laptop at the online Microsoft store. At the time I did not add on the Microsoft complete warranty because I wanted to be sure I was going to keep the thing. I have decided to keep it and I had received an email from Microsoft telling me I could add the warranty to it ($199). I called the number on the email which and talked with a person who processed adding the warranty, charged my card, send me emails on how to activate it.
After hanging up with person I opened email sent, clicked on the link to register the computer for the warranty. It turns out it was for adding the warranty to a Microsoft Surface. Sigh, so I called them back explained the problem, it took them awhile to understand the issue. It was very frustrating and in the end I simply had them cancel the warranty and I told them I would try again later once I saw the first charge roll back (they said I had to cancel the first, repurchase the right one).

So my question is this, does anyone know of and have experience with other warranty programs that would cover the Razer 2014? If not, I will try Microsoft again and hopefully get someone who does not screw it up again.

For the price/service you won't beat Microsoft Complete. It is full accidental coverage for $200, half price their nearest competitor.
