This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Same drive is $3 cheaper on Amazon and eligible for Prime, if anyone's interested. Fairly high number of negative reviews, though, most of which state that either the drive failed, was unreliably recognized, or wasn't significantly faster than 2.0 drives.

    I've got a Mushkin 64gb on order that had almost universally excellent reviews, but it was nearly as much as this 128gb drive.
