    Hello everyone

    I cracked my original Razer Blade pro 2017 17.3 LCD screen which has FHD resolution and 120hz. (original part number AUO B173HAN01.6)

    I plan to swap it with a 17.3 LCD screen with QHD Resolution and 120hz (part number is AUO B173QTN01.0 17.3)


    My question is will upgrading my razer blade pro to qhd screen work? both screens are from the same manufacturer (AUO) and they are both EDP 40 pins.

    Hi thanks for the follow up. Yeah it did work! however I couldn't control the brightness via hardware so I used a software to adjust it.
