    Unknown battery?

    Ran a cmd test for energy report (because I was getting unknown battery remaining) and got this:

    Battery:Battery Capacity Unknown
    The battery capacity could not be determined. This may indicate a firmware (BIOS) problem.
    Battery ID 00002RazerBetty

    do I need to upgrade the bios? if so how? will upgrading to windows 10 fix this problem?
