    Hello there,

Recently I purchase the RB(FHD). After looking around and read stuff on this forum, I decided to underclock and undervolt using XTU. I use the value posted by @LoneSyndal here . I ran the stress test (just to be sure) and all the three tests passes. With the passed test in mind, I decided to assume it's all good. I open my game (Dota 2), play like normal and few minutes into the game (sometimes even longer) . My RB freezes, crashed and when it boot back up. I hear a single beep (looking online, not entirely sure about this, that it's a DRAM failure). After my RB has booted up, the XTU settings was reset to the default values.
    My questions are :
    • Is it because of XTU?
    • My RB 's fan system is faulty causes it to overheat?
    • Other reasons?
TL;DR I applied XTU settings, game for some time froze and crash.

Thank you for you lot's help ! :D

That would be an XTU crash. Nothing hazardous. Not all CPUs and Razer Blades are made equally. So you may want to adjust the voltage and lower your undervolt to get some power back. My settings were rigorously tested for only my unit.

Thank you for the reply. It's a great relief that nothing is really wrong. As for the undervolts values, I should just experiment with different values, correct?

Yes, it would be best to test in increments of 5-10mV at a time and do some load testing with different applications.
