Inspired by article of Aminoza http://forum.notebookreview.com/threads/help-resetting-the-bios-of-razer-blade-14.731120 I decided to post solution how to fix the same issue but on Razer blade 14 2015 laptop.

    The issue:
I changed a setting in the bios of my Razer Blade 14" that has caused the display to stop functioning (black all the time).
Suffice to say: don't repeat my mistake, namely setting Boot -> CSM parameter -> Video OpROM to 'do not launch'.

My screen now stays completely black after pressing the power-on button. I can see that laptop is still working. Even external screen doesn't help. I called the Razer support and forced them to give me a sequence of keystrokes to reset the bios to its factory defaults.
    Here it is:

    Power the laptop completely.
Hold del key and press power on button. Wait 15 seconds to make sure that you are in bios menu. (Other option is just power it on and press del key and wait, but you might get wrong timing)
    Then
    Press left arrow key
Press down arrow key 2 times
    Press enter key two times
Press up arrow key 2 times
    Press enter key 2 times.

If everything was done correctly, laptop at this point restarts and you should again see the boot screen.
    I hope this help somebody.
