    Razer's Return / Exchange Policy inconsistant

    Hi all,

    Just a heads up to Razer owners and potential buyers, Return / Exchange policy for Asia Pacific and the rest of the world is different! Asia Pac only has 7 days, while the rest of the world gets 14. Why is there such a discrimination I have no idea......

    My issue is with my RBP trackpad and the 1 email reply per day have made my issue drag on for longer than needed, and upon knowing this, not very happy indeed. Apple don't have such inconsistent policies I believe.

    Usually if you initiate a ticket within the return period and your issue isn't resolved then they refer to the date the ticket was issued as your timeframe to return. So if you called/emailed support for an issue within the first 7 days, and they didn't resolve it then I'd say typically they have to accept the return, otherwise they could just drag it out past 7 days hoping for a resolution and they don't end up helping.

    Issue is I thought it was 14 days for me. So I only had my ticket on day 13. As of today its day 21 already.

    Razer already sent in for service 3 days ago. Lets see how it goes.
