    Razer blade 2016 ac power buzzing electric noise loud and gets super hot

    My ac power adapter makes a buzzing electric noise and gets super hot. is that normal? Afraid of it blows up. It is charging my notebook normally but the noise of electricity passing through it buzzing sound is heard

    That happens sometimes. And high heat near the power button is also normal during intense gaming.

    This is not normal.

    Your laptop is still under warranty. Call Razer, get a replacement sent to you. They will gladly send you a replacement power adapter to eliminate the liability of electrical fire.

    I heard 2016 version's giving such problems frequetly; looks like it's the same as previous versions but it's out-putting 20W more now, and it doesn't look like it was supposed to pimp that much.
