    Hello.
I buy Razer blade 14 in January and yesterday it's seems die.
I just play Dota2 and see Win 8.1 bsod, blabla your pc need shut down. After that its not going after Razer start logo, always rebooting, somethimes gliches on display, recovery dont load, rebooting too. Sometimes even razer logo wont show up, restartin many times. I try use USB Flash with Windows to boot from it, and got another reboot. When I use BIOS somethimes its freeze on it and reboot too.
So I think GPU just died, or something like that. Maybe any one have something like this?

Hello again. Today I figured out what the problem. I open my laptom and start testing connectors, and find out that is my problem with battery connector. With dots, they are burned. Its seems that when Razer assembly my laptop they wrong with thermal protection of dots and they burned.

So be careful guys with this. I add photo of this connector.

I also contacted razer support, and ask send me or SELL to me new battery, because I too far from US. And ship it to US too pricy. They rejected, its seems too hard to sell me new battery. So thanks razer for quality and for help.

Sorry to hear, Metalocalypse. This is very typical of them. You are not going to be able to get a replacement battery. Utter waist of money. I will not being doing or recommending business with them.

The horror stories I hear of the customer service for Razer is enough to keep me far away from them.

Buying a Razer Blade while outside of the US is usually a bad idea. High-end pieces of technology like that often come with a problems and Razer clearly state that they do not cover Europe-or wherever OP is. It is an unfortunate predicament that you're in and it's true that Razer Support isn't always great (I myself purchased mine from the MS Store) but they've been getting better and this really isn't their fault.
