I'm getting some low numbers on battery life and I was wondering if anyone else was having this problem. I've never noticed this until after I sent my blade in for repairs on some unrelated motherboard issues.

I get approx 2-3 hrs doing things like youtube, and 4 hrs just idling (with laptop open not doing anything). This is with power saver and lowest brightness.

The laptop is also running strangely hot for being idle. It's at about 30 C at idle. With the bar underneath the monitor warming pretty fast.

CPU usage is hovering around 3-10% where it only spikes up to 10% when windows defender does something

GPU settings seem to be fine, as it's switching to integrated (no Nvidia GPU activity)

According to HWMonitor my wear is at 11%, which should put me at like 5-6 hours on idle.

Anyone having a similar problem/suggestions/"this is normal" ?

    PS:
My Wi-Fi is stuck with the name "Wi-Fi 2" implying there are 2 wireless connections. This might be causing the problem if anyone has a clue to that solution.

Doesn't seem normal. If I idle it with nothing else on power saver, I'm sure I can get close to 8 hours. I get like 1.5 hrs off 20% of battery usually when just coding stuff with wifi on. Youtube might cause faster drain cause of using flash, but not sure how fast.
