After less than 3 months of use my razer core died.

Sent in for support. Sent right back to me, without even testing.

Was gonna buy that razer pro on the classifieds, and then I remembered.... razer and warranty are not words that properly go in a sentence together.

That's a bummer. They should have replaced it if its only 3 months old, that is unacceptably poor quality.

IMHO i'd avoid Razer and Alienware the way they have been going lately. It seems to me to be fundamentally anti-gamer to sell a "gaming laptop" which has a soldered CPU and GPU, forcing you to buy the Razer Core or Amplifier, and then on top of that provide a pathetic warranty.

You sure it is "dead" in terms of it doesn't turn on anymore ? Does it still do this clicking noise if you disconnect it from your device ? There is hardly anything inside the Core that can malfunction, beside the PSU of course.
