    Razer Blade screen issue

    I just got this laptop and the color rendition is horrid, its way red and the whites are blown out. I have a 14" Razer and the screen looks a lot better. How do I fix this thing?

    @pbhenry3 may be able to help. He's our resident Razer expert (I'd say he probably knows more about theses machines that the people who made them)

    which blade model are we talking about with the issue?

    The '17 Blade Pro. The colors look pretty bad, the whites are so bright they are all washed out. The screen seems like it has way more red tint to all the colors.

    I've had the red tint issue on an external monitor once. It was the HDMi cable going bad.

    probably a defective one from the factory. you get that every now and then, otherwise the pro should have better color reproduction than the 14. Unless you are talking about a 2015 or prior pro model, then well, that's probably normal.
