I just bought my 14 inch Razer Blade Pro with 512MB recently. I use this to play game such as League of Legend but somehow it loads up a lot slower than my desktop which was bought like 5 years ago. So, I'm not exactly sure if im doing something wrong with it and when i watch Movies on this the fan or whatsoever thats located right underneath the power button is quite loud and noise. Oh, and i heard the turbo is automatically? First time using windows 8, quite uncomfortable as I'm used to XP and 7 ;\
    Any help would be appreciated

Oh, and any recommended anti virus software? As now I'm only using McAfee.

The turbo is automatic. Make sure you're on balance or high performance for power settings in windows. Try updating your graphics driver to the newest. I think somethings wrong with the hardware, since the fan shouldn't be heard at all when playing just a movie.

    Thanks for the tip
I just ran into another problem.
Whenever i try to restart my razer the screen turns black then the indicator light just starts blinking slowly in green and nothing reponds
I have to hold down the power button to forcefully shut down then turn it back on everytime when i try to restart

Need to ask because you seem to be a newbie with laptops... Are you mistreating your laptop? Also, turn off automatic updates btw - turns the fan on for some reason.

I wouldn't turn off automatic updates completely. Only when new patches are installed will it cause the fan to turn on (using CPU -> generates some heat -> fan turns on for a bit). This usually occurs about once a month with the patch releases by Microsoft. Personally, I tell it to notify me. Then, I can choose when to download and install when I don't need to use my computer.
