Can someone tell me how to turn off power to the USB when I shut down my laptop? I noticed that my laptop cooler was still running and my wired mouse was still charging even when the laptop is off. I've already disabled fast startup in Windows 10. I also set the USB selective suspend setting to disabled, but that didn't make a difference. Please advise.

Should be in the BIOS, there should be one option for charging the laptop via USB C and another for allowing devices to charge via USB while the device is off.

I've check and the only things related to USB were: thunderbolt support (enabled), legacy USB support (enabled), and enable USB charge function (which was already disabled).
