Have any of you guys had this issue? I can't switch resolutions in games. If I do, the games continue to run, but they kick me back to the desktop. If I try and jump back into the game the screen goes blank for a second and then back to desktop again. I didn't know if any of you knew a workaround.

I guess I could try switching the desktop resolution to 1080p, but it's kind of annoying.

    Edit: It's the 7820hk/gtx1080/4k model.

Classic symptoms of missing / out-of-date drivers.

Go to nvidia.com, and get an app called GeForce Experience. It's an auto-updater for your GPU drivers.

It has the latest drivers. Does the same thing when the desktop resolution is at 1080.

As a workaround you could try changing the resolution in the Config file of whatever games you are playing.

Does it happen in one game, or all games?

In the game, are you running in full screen mode? Windowed full screen?

All games so far, full screen mode. Windowed full screen works.
