I have been searching for a forum like this for a while. Glad I found it cause if you try to find problems with these laptops they're almost non existent through google searches. Curious.

    Any way, my point:

I have the 2013 pro and I love it (well not right now), but I installed an update to synapse a few weeks ago- that's when it started. I'm not saying it's because of the update directly, but EVERY TIME I've tried to restart from the synapse updates, it just sits at the boot razer screen.

This is usually fine and cured but just hard resetting. Well like I previously described, I installed the most (maybe) recent update to the laptop and restarted; same problem. Well now it's time to hard reset - only this time it doesn't do anything. So I try again a few times and nothing. This is my work computer. Yah say what you want, I probably should have a razer laptop as my work comp but I work in music and graphic design; this is perfect for my lifestyle. Moving on.

I decide to try to get in to the boot; no avail. I try to get into the recovery; same. Finally I think, I bet because of synapse, the built in keyboard is ****ed. So I plug in a USB keyboard. IT. STARTS.

Yay I have it working again hopefully this never happens again. Except for that every time I restart, I now have to have a keyboard in. What the hell. So that works for a couple of weeks. Yesterday, it decided to stop. With having to go any further here because I bet a lot of you are probably like "OMG SHUT UP DUDE!" I took a video of my most current situation with this laptop.

Any one know why this would be happening? I've already put the request in for the boot drive. We'll see how that goes. In the mean time I'm going to keep trying to turn it on 'cause once it is; ZERO problems.

    Thanks for reading.
