    Hello

I am the ex-owner of an Alienware 17 R5 with 4K IPS and GTX 1080. I am now again looking for a better sample and just read a review of the Razer Pro which is quite negative on the display:

    ***********************************************************
The Sharp LQ173D1JW33 4K panel leaves us with mixed feelings. While the black value (0.2 cd/m²) and contrast (1150:1) match the laptop's high price, at around 207 cd/m², the luminosity is disappointingly low. The brightness level is generally good enough for indoor use, but outdoors the UHD edition of the Blade Pro is no fun. Even in the shade, the display content is hardly visible.
    **************************************************************

What are your impressions if you do own one?

    Many thanks

The display is awful for gaming. It’s not bright. The factory calibration is all wrong with far too much contrast. Ghosting is prevalent. Response times/lag are terrible. Stick with an external monitor if you can.

Thank you very much, was just checking to see if the review was accurate. Seems it was.
