    What carrying case or backpack did you get for your RBP? I searched quite a bit for alternative options to the Razer Tactical Pro backpack and found that there were not many options for a laptop at 16.8".

    Dimensions - Size; 16.8” / 427mm (Width) x 0.88” / 22.4mm (Height) x 10.9

    The Alienware Vindicator v2 was on sale for $69.99 and it fits the RBP well. They also have a laptop sleeve with handle on sale for $19.99. The RBP fits well in both the laptop sleeve and the backpack. For added protection the RBP in sleeve will also fit in the backpack.

    That looks like a great option, especially @ 29.99. Just checked on Dell.com and both Alienware bags are no longer on sale.

    Can definitely recommend the Vindicator 17 V2.0. Excellent build quality with a lot of padding for protection. There's also a lot of pockets, dividers etc. for tablets, phones, usb drives and other gadgets. I can post a few pics if you want, showing the inside.
