I have my 2014 blade which I absolutely love. That said, after a just two months of use, now when the device gets hot the keyboard stops working - for example if I leave a game on it's main menu (3d) after about 30 minutes my keyboard no longer works at all.

I've already sent it back to Razer once and they've ostensibly replaced keyboard and motherboard. Any tips or ideas I should be looking at before shipping it back again?

Happens with both Windows 8.1 and Windows 10.

I have the same issue also. When my blade gets hot, the keyboard will go in and out of the system. It's very annoying. I've contacted the Razer Support and they think it's a hardware issue. So they gave me a RMA to send it back to them. Hopefully the new unit that I get will solve this issue.

It actually took a few RMA's for them to diagnose the problem with my laptop. Make sure to include a letter in the packaging with repro steps; it might otherwise be difficult to diagnose.

Yeah, I attached some of my observations and in what conditions that the keyboard will start to failed to responds. By the way, how did they eventually solve you problem?

I was never given a clean answer; I was just happy it worked again. They had replaced multiple components over multiple trips.

Ah, I see. Well, as long as it's working again. Does the heat give your keyboard issue after that? I hope the answer is no. :)
