    Hello,

I've been reading around about this, since I've been willin to test it for a while; all of the topics I've found (mostly in http://forum.notebookreview.com/threads/2014-blade-14-inch-hackintosh.751024/, a few at Insiders forum and a few more on reddit, almost nothing on tonymac) weren't so promising, mostly cause of the trackpad being cabled as a USB device.

Any other issue seems to have been solved through time (3k screen, dual GPU) or just require ann hardware swap (WiFi card).

Did anyone ever find a solution for the trackpad? Did anyone ever succed running a stable iOS install in this device?

Anything, from link to discussions and guides, quick tips and so on are more than welcome.

    Thank you very much!

    Hi,
I haven't found a solution jet, but i'm willing to start searching.
    Basics:
MACs boot without any additional hardware, so a missing trackpad isn't breaking anything.
The Blade Trackpad beeing USB shouldn't therefore hinder OSX to boot or work.

How to geti it working ?

Finding a driver for a USB connected trackpad.

    http://www.apple.com/de/shop/product/MJ2R2Z/A/magic-trackpad-2
Both have a usb connection. Mybe just for charging but one can hope!

    This is only USB.

I assume that the drivers will not work out of box, somone probably needs to go in and change some device ids or names and such to trick the driver but maybe some manufracturer gave a **** and just implemented a genuin usb interface ... Hope dies last!

Im going to try that out in the near future!

    Sincerely Rage

Yup, I mentioned hardware swap just to make Wi-fi work; trackpad is dealbreaking for me as I barely bring a mouse with me while I'm at University or studying anywhere.

Would you succed with this, please let us know; would you need some help just reach me here or @pm and I'll try to help. I've absolutely no experience in drivers editing and I only know how to install and tweak Ubuntu on ~standard devices, almost no other knowledge of Unix tho.
