Hello all, as it turns out my ac adapter for my Razer Blade 2014 has stopped working and I am now looking for a replacement. I don't feel like spending a ton of money for the official adapter, so I was looking to get a third party charger. I ran into this one: http://www.ebay.com/itm/252329744490?_trksid=p2060353.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT
Will this one work? The only concern I have is that this one outputs 19.5V at 7.7 amps instead of the official one, which outputs at 19V at 7.9 amps. Is this something to worry about? Thanks!

Dont buy cheap brands, powersupplies can kill your hardware when cheap.

I know that the chargers used for MSI and Gigabyte laptops are compatible and use the same plug. Get one of those if you want quality while not paying the premium.

Do you know which of the MSI or Gigabyte laptop models use the same adapter type?

Don't cheap out on power supplies.

Trying to save $40 on a no-name cheap chinese knockoff adapter can fry a $2000 computer.

On top of that, one of the HUGE benefits of the Razer Blade PSU is its slim size. Buying a generic 150w power supply completely kills the portability factor, and adds an additional 0.75lb of carry weight.

I had the Gigabyte p34Wv3 which had the same type, the P35w also used it and the MSI GS60. Best to check those forums I think. I read there that some bought the razer adapter for their MSI and Gigabyte laptops.
