Hey everyone so I have been trying to get the ps2 emulator to work but every game I try and run only gets around 20-30 fps and everything just runs very slow and ix not playable. From what I understand the system is more than powerful enough but I can't get the games to work at a playable level. Any tips would be great.

Probably not tapping the dGPU. In the Nvidia control panel, try changing the Global default preferred adapter to the Nvidia GPU.

Nope I don't think that that is the problem. I have tried everything I can think of but the games simply run to slow and are unplayable. I'm starting to think its the hardware but thinking that this laptop can't run ps2 games does not make sense. Any help would be great also if anyone with the blade could try running pcsx2 and see if they get any problems.
