I am going to buy a RB15 any help would be appreciated.

    1. Does the wrist area / keys get unbearable during gaming or is it just noticable?

    2. I require battery life to last my work day however: I'd have it on power saver mode and mostly use spreadsheets / chrome / word and some YouTube. I use it for 2-3 hours max but have it on idle 2-3 hours as well during this time. Is it going to last this time?

I'm going to undervolt but probably won't reinstall Windows. Hoping Razer just fix their battery issues with Windows update.

Also a bit concerned with warranty of just 1 year within Australia .

Another q I have is do you think the display cable will end up frying / becoming brittle? It travels right over the heatpipes. A one year warranty would not be enough to know when this would actually occur.

Also I think I might get 256gb 1070 because 1060 won't push anything to 144hz or close and 256gb is enough I store files on external and probably will ugrade to Samsung Evo down the track for better thernals and space.

Uhh if you want to stay away from the heat then go with the 1060, the 1070 runs warm and the battery life is a little less. But don't just take my word for it here: https://www.notebookcheck.net/The-R...onger-than-its-GTX-1070-version.315674.0.html

I own the 1060, 144 hertz version and my temps are fine and if I need the power to do intense AAA games I'll just use my Razer Core with a 1080ti.. which will also lead to cooler temps

6 hours of constant use or 6 hours on and off while laptop is unplugged?

In my experience the keyboard it's self did not get hot on the 15" blade I had. The exhaust below the screen was a different story. My problem was the power throttling. 6 hours of battery life is long int he tooth. I was at more like 4.5 to 5.5 hours of light use.
