I was using my Razer Blade "14 (2013) and suddenly it turned off. I tried to turn it on, but it didn't help. Nothing is working. No LED lights, no fan sounds or anything else.
When it turned off, laptop was fully charged and connected to power.
Now it's just a brick with a razer logo.
Did anyone already experienced this problem?

    Have the exact same issue.
All of a sudden I just can't turn it on.

    So frustrating.

Did you ever find a fix for this? I'm having the same issue. Also did any of your USB drives fail before this problem occurred?

    Thanks

I got the same problem a few days ago, except it does work when I have it plugged into the charger.

It won't charge past 0% at all, so once I unplug the cable it's a brick...

Weird how we all got the issue at relatively the same time

This is quite alarming. Anyone who has this particular issue (sudden unexplained bricking) spoke to Razer yet?

I've been looking for info, because I had almost the same problem. Laptop was working fine, I got back from work and it was bricked.

In my case it was probably power surge I didn't notice. Laptop blocked in some way preventing from frying. In other laptops it was easy to check if it's this kind of issue - removable battery and bios reset. In Razer it's not so easy.

So I waited 3 or 4 days on plugged off charger till battery completely drained off, than made reset (30s pushing power button) and voila - IT'S ALIVE!

Maybe it will help someone :)

If any of you actually ends up with a bricked laptop, I would like to buy the synaptics mouse sensor board off of someone...

Will pay 50 bucks or something for it. Razer seems to say it is a $4 dollar part, but of course they won't sell it and I can't find it for sale anywhere.

I was having same problem. It would not power up, with or without the battery in it. I used a multimeter to test the voltage from the power brick. In my case, the problem was the power brick. I bought a third party power brick from Amazon. My Razer now powers up and charging again.

Hey man, where in the UK do you live? I have a similar issue and live on the west of London. Did you just give it to a random shop? Also, how much did it cost?
