Hi everyone, I just got my Razer Blade 14 (2013) for a good deal, I plan to upgrade SDD but I'm not sure what type of HDD it use and I heard Blade 14 can handle 2 HDD. (If anyone would kind is there a way to copy entire window to different HDD without bothering to re-install window) :) .

The Razer Blade 14 (2013) can indeed handle two SSD, but no HDD. HDD means hard disk drive, the ones with rotating disks. The Blade doesn't support them. SSD (which are composed of flash memory) are the drives the Blade will support

If I were you I would not replace the original SSD but add another drive, so that you don't "lose" the first drive (and get more total space for the same price).

The SSD that will fit are called "M Sata". They are very tiny SSD (circled in yellow in the picture below), way smaller than regular 2,5 inch SSD usually sold, so be careful when you choose.
I personally bought a 500 gb Samsung EVO 840 Msata and it's really great. Since you keep the first SSD, no need to copy Windows or whatsoever. Simply put the SSD in the spare place (see picture below - in the red circle), format it, make it a D: partition and it'll work ! The spare place is very accessible, you'll simply need to open the Blade and put the drive. No need to disconnect or add whatsoever cable.
