    Razer Blade 14" 2013 USB port Disconnects Randomly

    I have a Nexus 7 tablet and when I plug it into one of the USB hubs on the left side of my Blade(2013) the device will repeatedly disconnect and reconnect. If I plug it into any of the other USB hubs it seems to remain connected. I'm using Windows 8.1 if that has anything to do with it.

    I've already checked the power settings and the selective USB suspending is disabled.

    Any idea on how to fix this?

    EDIT: When I plug in a flash drive into the USB port I'm referring to, it doesn't disconnect. So I thought it might be the cable of my Nexus 7, but when I plug the N7 into a different USB port the problem is gone. Could it be that this USB port is not providing enough power for my Nexus 7 to stay connected?

    Hi friend, I recently came across the same problem using my own razer blade 2014 512 GB. I am wondering if you ever came up with a solution to this issue?

    I found out just this morning that the USB port I was talking about doesn't work at all anymore. Anyone have any idea how I can fix it?

    Peculiarpanda, have you got any solution for your usb problem yet?

    I just got the Razer Blade 14" 2014 for couple of weeks. The same thing happens as well. Razer support said the unit needs to be sent to them for servicing.. SAD :(
