Razer Blade 14" (2014) webcam goes undetectable

Hi,
I bought a Razer Blade 14 (2014) QHD+ about 4 month ago from RazerStore online website in US,i was student there,then back to my country(azerbaycan-baku) and start to use the Blade,at first it was amazing,
then the problems comes up one after another!
it starts with :
1-using my touch screen when my unit on a Cooler master CoolPad or any other coolpads mess up with the touch screen and when i want to touch a point it touches a whole line vertically!

2-after 1 month i saw few bright and shiny spots with in the 1/3 of the bottom of my screen about 4 spots!

3-and about a week ago when i want to use the device webcam,Camera application in windows 10 shows me an error,then when i take a look at the device manager i see a usb device with a yellow triangle that shows me this hint:

and i figure out when i play with the lid position angle about 95-105 degrees even this device became totally undetectable and when move it again it may be back some times!

are this problem related to each other?or just a bad luck?
is all of these is normal for a 2k $ unit?!
is there any quick fix or any tips that could help me to solve the webcam issue by myself?
is there any advice how to deal with them for repairing or support,...?

contacted razer support team and they want an address in US for sending it back and i do not have one in the US!what should i do?why they act like this?!

and i'm very very sad,it's a lot of money to me...and it's all i have!
