Anybody had any joy with flashing the RTX2060 models with a different VBIOS?

Anyone have a 100w VBIOS for this card perhaps?

Sure lets have a look at it? I have a SPI programmer now so realistically can use edited by hand VBIOS now.

10DE 1F15 is a match yep, you won't even need a modded nvflash.

Have you tried flashing this directly to the chip with a programmer?

Did you ever get around to doing this on the Razer Base 2020 or on this other laptop? I'm building up the knowledge to try on mine.

In short yes - I see it tickling the max 144hz in BFV on mostly Ultra ... heavily modded machine though.

I have another question, does the thunderbolt 3 port still work after this flash? I use the port to connect to an external monitor that is thunderbolt 3. I've heard with crossflashing you might lose some video ports.

I don't use Thunderbolt or HDMI out which both might be broken - can't confirm. If you can find a 90w BIOS from a laptop you know also has these ports it will almost definitely work - I think I flashed a MSI variant.
