    Hey Guys,

I just sent in my laptop via RMA to get the screen fixed on warranty. Like a fool, I forgot to write the RMA code on the outside of the box before fedexing it. All of the pertinent information is printed out, but inside the box.

Am I doomed? Anyone done something similarly stupid?

You will be all right. When your packaged is marked delivered or even before just email RMA that you forgot to write it outside of the box. Key is you included the paper work in the box.

    Agreed.

For good measure, you can just alert support of your shipping address, so when they receive it, they pretty much know what it's for or know to open the box for the RMA code. I wouldn't worry about it, I think the RMA code I attached to the outer area of the box was removed as well.
