    Hi guys i am looking at buying a used Razer Edge i am wondering if i do so will the device be under manufacturer's warranty i have read in the the owners lounge that a few of you have had to call Razer support to get the OS on usb so would they do the same if i have a used one i would by direct but i have no clue how long it would be before they have any more. Thanks for for any input you may have

    I bought mine used from Amazon. Around February this year I emailed Razer Support for the USB recovery; the only thing they asked in return was my proof of purchase, so I emailed them my digital Amazon receipt. If you buy from ebay, I assume your pay-pal receipt and Razer serial # should be enough. As for Manufactures' warranty, its valid for 1 year after initial purchase as long as the bottom wasn't opened :mad:. If the person you buy from has extended their warranty, then it should transfer to you, just make sure to get the warranty #.
