I have Windows 8.1 on a Razer 14 2013. At some point in the last couple of weeks I had problems restarting my Razer. A 'shutdown' and 'restart' would take 4 minutes (30 seconds before). My screen would go blank but the green light would slowly flash. I could hold down the power button for 10 secs and restart from there.

Essentially I narrowed the problem down to the Qualcomm Bluetooth device - if I disabled it the problem would go away. As I dont use bluetooth this seems fine. However if I disable bluetooth I also disable wifi with the same adapter. Windows tells me my 30/7/2013 drivers are up to date. Anyone else have this problem or know the solution.
