    Since there are not any CD/DVD with the machine what would you do if you wanted to wipe the machine to factory standard? Just curious.

    There is a system restore partition you can use to reset back to factory default install. Also you can email customer service and ask them to send you a USB key in case you had a hard drive crash that prevented the system restore.
