    Hey guys.

Does anyone know where can I get a new set of the rubber feet?

Mine started falling off quite a while ago and started to snap at the ends.
Now, I removed them altogether, so when I am laying the laptop on a flat surface, it kinda muffling the air intakes.

Contact Razer directly or just buy some circular ones to place in 4 corners

Razer says I need to send it to the service center. As I am in the UK, I am not going to do that..

    And second option...no...

Keep hounding them. They should be able to sell you the strip by itself. Dumbest thing I've ever heard.

Good luck. Make sure you tell them it is a user replaceable part and there's no reason why you should be out of a laptop to replace a damn rubber sticker.

Also don't waste your money on their extended warranty. Buy it through squaretrade.

    Just leaving and update here.

After speaking with Razer customer service, they will be posting me, free of charge  , a set of rubber feet.
    So, really happy with this.

Hopefully, I won't screw up the installation :p

PS: also asked for a USB recovery drive and getting that as well! Razer

Just to clarify, as he was an international customer, he paid shipping, the feet and USB were free.

We'll gladly help anyone we can within reason and our means, just shoot us an email and we'll see what we can do.

    Another update:

To my surprise, I received the rubber feet and the USB this morning. That was really fast shipment from the US to the UK.
    Feet have been successfully installed.

    Thanks Razer!

Hmm...not sure if this would help, but my customer service query was dealt with by Steven M (Razer - CSM)
Try asking for this specific person, he might be able to help you better.

I got the feet shipped by FedEx to the UK (probably worth mentioning that they shipped high priority and I was left to pay the bill for the shipment, so you should probably ask them to pick a cheaper delivery method if you want)

    that is good to know.

I sent about 3 different Razer Blades to fix through their customer support in the last 2 years and all of them Steven M., Levi, James, Zach D, were helpful.

no quality control what so ever but great customer support.

for example one of the reasons im looking at this thread is because after returning from the repair center a week or so ago and after changing practically everything (Motherboard, Speakers, screen) on my Razer Blade 14" 2015 the rubber feet on my blade was not changed. its weird because paranoid as i am with Razer's technicians i actually put post its pointing out to the rubber feet and a list of things that was wrong and needed fixing...

For a 2700$ laptop their customer support is no short of amazing.

but at the end of the day im still looking for a way to get rubber feet for something that was already there and was pointed and marked..

Who should I email If I'm having the exact same issue?
I've contacted Razer support many times already and have essentially been told that if I can't afford to be without my Blade long enough to RMA it, then I'm **** out of luck.

How much are they charging you to send your laptop back to them for them to reapply a rubber sticker? It's pretty unsettling looking into buying one of these laptops knowing that their customer service seems to unhelpful as far as user serviceable parts go. Making you send the entire laptop back to apply what equates to a sticker to the back of the laptop? Or not selling batteries and requiring it to be sent back, or someone else I saw had a 5-10 dollar part that would have turned into a 130+ dollar repair because Razer would not provide the part.

Just curious if I buy one of these laptops and a year down the line my feet wear out how much will they gouge me to have to send it back to replace for their "labor" of doing it?

To update, I've since had an exhaustive amount of communication with Razer support, which has resulted in them shipping me a set of replacement rubber feet. Although, I do still have a recently acquired issue with the right fan on my Razer Blade making an annoying clicking sound whenever the laptop is in use, presumably due to the fan either being misaligned or the bearing needing to be re-lubricated. This issue I've still been told would require a minimum 2 week RMA, though they have offered to do the repair under warranty even though my one-year warranty has technically run out while I have been in communication with them.
But unfortunately, I'm a Computer Science student, which means I am unable to be without a computer for 2+ weeks during the semester in order to RMA it.
Though, I would like to note that outside of these issues, my Razer Blade has been an otherwise fantastic laptop.

Check the part number and search for it on sites as Taobao. I found a lot of spre parts like this.

Thanks, I'll definitely check that out!
Do you know where I could find the part number, short of removing the part?
I've managed to find a few 2013-14 Razer Blade fans on eBay, though I'm skeptical that they may differ too much from the ones used on the 2015's.

No clue about that. For the fans. Best is too remove them and check the numbers. I have seen them on Taobao in the past.
