Ummm, aren't the USB ports soldered on to the motherboard?

In any case, the fan and motherboard (with USB ports on it) are custom parts. Your only real shot at getting one is to buy a used / salvaged machine on eBay, or buy the parts that were salvaged from a used, non-functioning machine.

To be honest, if a laptop motherboard dies when the laptop is out of warranty, you might want to consider buying a new laptop altogether. Finding a motherboard will be hard, and very expensive (several $100's). Installing / replacing a motherboard on a compact laptop is one of the most difficulty procedure you can perform on computers. There's a decent chance that something else will get damaged during the motherboard replacement process, such as a delicate ribbon cable. And even when all that is done, you don't have any guarantee that everything will function properly, if at all).

I know a lot of people have had issue with that exact USB port. I at least want to replace the fan for now or at least fix the fan. I blew the fan out and it's spinning adhesion but I can hear a difference between the two fans.

The fan is easier to fix.

Look on eBay for the entire cooling assembly (2 fans, heatsinks). Goes for about $70-$80
