My memory usage has been really high for some reason. As I'm typing this right now I have 90% memory usage and I'm only running a League of Legends client, Skype, Steam in the background I think, and Google Chrome. I don't think I'm using 7.2 gigs of RAM right now. Anyone have any suggestions?

Press Win+X then T to start Task Manager. Click the processes tab if not already open, and sort the list by 'memory'.
