    Please post pics. I can't tell if when not plugged in this jack actually sticks out or is flush. I like the idea of a magnetic breakaway though.

    Yeah, it's definitely going to stick out some. Hopefully it's not too difficult to remove when on-the-go.

    looking at the video, the installation seems to need the laptop to have a small space between the DC jack and the laptop's case.

    Looking at my Blade, I don't think the hooks have any place to extend inside the plug hole...

    Anyway, the idea is pretty cool!

    Something like the short wire that exists on a wired xbox 360 controller would also be fine. That thing pops out on me all the time, saving my USB port in the process.
