Hi, here is another issue I came across that was a pain to fix. Hope it helps someone.

I bought a Orochi Bluetooth mouse. I paired the mouse and after a reboot the Bluetooth adapter stopped working. The Blade couldn't even see it and in the device manager there was a error for a generic USB device.

I tried reinstalling the Intel Bluetooth drivers and that didn't work and gave the new additional symptom of having the touch screen not working after a reboot.

The cause of this is a conflict between the windows drivers that were installed when the mouse was paired and the Razer Synapse update that occurred after it detected it.

If you find yourself in this situation, do:
    1. Uninstall Razer Synapse and reinstall it. The Bluetooth will start working again.
    2. Do not pair the mouse yet, first plug the mouse in via the USB connection, let Razer detect it and do its update.
    3. Reboot.
    4. Then pair the mouse to the Bluetooth.

    Then everything should work fine.

    I hope this helps someone.
