Pretty exited about this purchase! Any tips on what I should do to tune my system when I receive it?

Download free softwares like throttlestop or Intel XTU for undervolting the cpu, Afterburner (rivertuner included) for monitoring the temperature on game using its on screen display feature and 3Dmark for benchmarking.

Get a tasty Samsung EVO 970 1Tb SSD to swap out the 256Gb one! Just get all the drivers ready from the website first!

Thank you for the inputs, yes I did get the 512 gb option so I probably wont be replacing that right away. I did however also buy a 1TB external Samsung SSD which along with my 1TB dropbox storage should be more than enough for me to manage my photos/videos along with my games. I am really excited to see the build quality of this model. From what I understand I will most likely need to do a CPU undervolt to save on the thermals, I will also most likely down clock the gpu a little bit.

I did have a question regarding the RAM, is it listed what stick of RAM they used? I am tempted to buy another, since from what I understand I can expand it up to 32gb. although it irks me to use a stick from a different package (same speed/brand) I will probably end up trying.

I might get shunned for saying this but if I had a Mercury Razer Blade I'd install Hackintosh lol :)
