    Greetings.
I've purchased Razer Blade 15 with 144Hz panel and 2070 rtx card for use at home and while i am at work i use professional calibrated screen.
I saw that my laptop panel has vertical lines while viewing a black&white gradient image. I saw such a behavior on cheap TN displays with low bit-depth
    Do you have the same?

I have checked my display with this tool
