    Is all Bios on pc product same?

    newbie here and maybe this is a stupid question but this is suddenly come out from my mind, i wonder if bios progam from AMI or etc are on pc product like razer, dell, or anything is same or not?

    and if it same or not is that could flash or install on another vendor example like razer bios install to dell laptop, or dell bios to another vendor?

    Cross flashing BIOS across different systems is generally not possible or won't work. The BIOS made specific to the system. Sometimes you can cross flash the BIOS chips in GPUs (VBIOS) but this is in rare circumstances.

    No, not the same.

    Different models of hardware all need different BIOSes. You can't try to flash (install) a BIOS on to hardware that it wasn't designed for.

    Most attempts to try and flash a non-compatible BIOS will be blocked by a compatibility check when you try and perform the flash (to prevent accidental flashing of a non-compatible BIOS). If you somehow do manage to flash a non-compatible BIOS, your hardware will be bricked.
