So I've just been curious, how do all of you charge your razer blade?

Do you charge it as needed and repeat (leaving it until it gets to around 10-20%)? Ever leave it plugged in all night for charge, or all the time perhaps?

What are your opinions and tips on how to preserve the blades precious battery life?

From what I've read (and been practicing), I just leave it charged and run the battery down to roughly 20% once a week. Fortunately, this coincides with my longest day in school which naturally brings my Blade down to that 20% mark.

I try to avoid charging mine past 90% though usually I am unsuccessful. Other than that I follow no discharge guidelines as the new generations of batteries are not supposed to benefit from full drain and recharge the way old batteries did if at all.

I haven't had mine but over the weekend, i just charge it when it needs charged and if im at my desk i leave it plugged in.

From everything i've read theres conflicting opinions about batteries. IE leaving it 100% will lower its capacity, but also it only has so many charge cycles. So i don't put much thought into it.

Does current pass through the battery when plugged in and fully charged?
